Have you ever made plans and goals and set about to reach them, only to eventually give up? Have you tried to lose weight, or quit smoking, or other habits? How about business goals and plans– how’s that going? When we leave our goals to our will power, we are pushing a big boulder up a hill. There are two key areas you may want to think about. The first is why you might quit on a goal… what drives you… what are you thinking. Consider your “state of mind” as you set about goals. Consider if it would be helpful to manage your mind. Consider the advantage this would bring. The next reason is do you know what to do? Do have a plan that is proven to work?
When you align these two areas you are unstoppable. When they do not align, you are going to have trouble. Examine your results. If they’re not what you want I urge you to coach yourself through this.

Work Zone I – Thoughts & Feelings:
You know what to do, but you’re not doing it. Change your thoughts and self coach yourself with this system. Your thoughts create your emotions. When your beliefs and emotions align with your goal, you’ll find yourself automatically “doing it”. Are your thoughts serving you? Do you feel it?
Work Zone II – Actions:
You don’t know what to do. Learn what to do and get a good plan. Study, ask, get a mentor, seek out those who are doing it and do the same. Take MASSIVE Action. Implement a plan using S.M.A.R.T. goals. Defined as specific, measurable, achievable, results-focused, and time bound.
